Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of kormarix.com and the booking of appointment-only barber services.
Service Provider
kormarix.com is operated by PE "kormarix.com" (EDRPOU 47881307), Suite 12, Business Center 'Harmony', 8 Yevhena Konovaltsia Street, Kyiv, 01133, Ukraine. Contact: contact@kormarix.com, +380 959 142 3980. Representative: Lucas Anderson, Managing Director. Identification is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.
Booking
All services are by prior appointment only. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. You must provide accurate contact details. We may decline or reschedule due to force majeure or staff unavailability.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in UAH before booking and include all applicable taxes. Payment is due after service unless agreed otherwise. We do not charge hidden fees.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the service price. This is a contractual fee, not a penalty, and is subject to Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'.
Consumer Rights and Complaints
You have the right to necessary, accessible and reliable information about services under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'. Complaints: email contact@kormarix.com with your booking reference and details. We respond within 7 calendar days and resolve within 14 calendar days, where possible.
Advertising
Any promotional content is truthful and not misleading, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
Personal Data
We process personal data (including cookies) only with your consent and in line with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
