Booking Policy
How appointments are booked, confirmed, changed and cancelled at our Kyiv grooming studio.
1. Appointments
We work by appointment only; walk-ins are accepted subject to availability. Requests are made via the website or by phone at +380 959 142 3980. A request is not a confirmed booking — it becomes one only when we send written confirmation stating date, time, service, price and address. Please report any discrepancy at least 24 hours before your visit.
2. Rescheduling, cancellation and no-show
Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before the start time. Cancellations made later, or failure to attend, may be charged at 50% of the service price. If you do not arrive and do not cancel, the slot is released after 15 minutes; repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Legal information
Services are provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'. Written complaints are handled at contact@kormarix.com within 10 business days. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'; see the Privacy Policy. Service descriptions and prices are published in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
